New Zealand swimmers Lauren Boyle and Matt Stanley continued to prosper on the second day of the Queensland Championships at the Sleeman Swimming Centre in Brisbane.
Boyle, who has just returned from a demanding training stint at altitude in Spain, finished third in the 400m freestyle (4:08.39) behind Jessica Ashwood and Bronte Barratt.
Stanley, who trains with Boyle at Miami club, was fourth in the 400m freestyle (3:54.74) and eighth in the 100m freestyle (50.58) finals.
Other Kiwi finalists included Julian Layton (Greendale) who was sixth in 100m breaststroke in 1:04.19 and Emma Robinson (Capital) who was ninth in the 400m freestyle in 4:16.54.
