Swimming New Zealand collate NZ Records for Long Course and Short Course for Open and Age Groups.

Below are the most updated NZ Records for Long and Short Course Competitions.

Application & processing of New Zealand Records

At the following swimming competitions SNZ will automatically process all Open & Age Group Records which are set or broken, as long as the competition meets the criteria in policy 007 for a Designated Meet

• New Zealand Swimming Championships

• New Zealand Age Group Swimming Championships

• New Zealand Short Course Swimming Championships

• New Zealand Secondary School Swimming Championships

• New Zealand Division II Swimming Championships 

Notification of NZ Records from All Other Meets

To have a NZ Record ratified by SNZ from any other swimming meet the following must occur:

• Official Result file – MM or WinGrodan - to be supplied

• If within New Zealand the competition must be a Designated Meet and comply with the requirements outlined in Policy 007 for a Designated Meet. NZ Records cannot be set at Development Meets.

• A completed New Zealand Record application form
