Advertisement - World Junior Championships Team Manager

Swimming New Zealand (SNZ) is looking to appoint a Team Manager for the period 26-31 August 2013 for the 4^th FINA World Junior Swimming Championships to be held in Dubai. We are seeking nominations from suitably qualified people to fill the position.  

SNZ Team Manager:

Provide Leadership of the Team and all of its members.  Be responsible for the Team - Create and promote a High Performance environment and “One Team” ethos - Ensure image and functioning of the Team overall is maintained  

Responsible to:      

Chief Executive Officer via High Performance Director  

Key Relationships: 

CEO, HPD, Team Coach, Home Coaches, Sport Science Personnel, Swimmers, HP Staff
