Olympians Lauren Boyle and Gareth Kean have begun a block of altitude training in Spain this week.
The pair are training with the Spanish high performance squad at Sierra Nevada in southern Spain, near Grenada.
They are training at the high performance training centre owned by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science’s Senior Sports Council, based at 2320m above sea level.
The pair are pictured heading to training amid heavy snow in the idyllic setting.
