Swimming New Zealand has made the decision to recruit a High Performance Director.
The High Performance Governance Committee believe it is clear that we need to start putting in place the leadership and management structures that will take us to the next Olympics and beyond. Also, they are aware that there is a window of opportunity that coincides with the four yearly Olympic cycle and we must take advantage of that.
Swimming New Zealand has engaged the services of recruitment consultants, Sportspeople, who will manage the recruitment process through to a short list of candidates for interview.
