The New Zealand Swimming Alumni raise funds to provide grants and scholarships for swimmers to help them achieve their swimming dreams.
The Legends Relay is one of those fundraisers, it was great to see many of our past NZ representatives take to the pool at the Aon NZ Opens for a great initiative.
Congratulations to team Galloway, made up of swimmers Rebecca Perrott, Steve Ferguson, Lauren Harrod and Willy Benson, on winning the Legends Relay 4x50m race in 1:50.84s.
Team Washing Machines (David Gerrard, Rick Wells, Brett Stanford, Matt Stanley) were second in 1:51.44s and Links Modular (Brent Foster, Cameron Gibson, Nick Sheeran, Teresa Stanley) third in 1:51.90s. See full results HERE.
