In accordance with clause 15.4 of the Swimming New Zealand Constitution, notice is hereby given that the board of Swimming New Zealand has called a Special General Meeting (SGM) for the purpose of adopting technical amendments to the Swimming New Zealand Constitution.
These technical amendments to the Swimming New Zealand Constitution Review Committee and subsequently approved by the board.
As per clause 15.4g, the GSM will be held by phone conference on Thursday 27 June at 7:00 pm. The agenda for the meeting and all relevant papers will be distributed no less than 14 days prior to the meeting.
