EVENT UPDATE

Kia ora koutou,

Due to the postponement of the 2021 Apollo Projects NZ Short Course Championships, there will be a review of the selection criteria for the 2021 World Short Course Championships that are due to be held in Abu Dhabi in December.

The current closing date for qualification is the 25^th August 2021 and this will be amended. At this time, while the whole country awaits the next part of the action plan from the New Zealand Government, Swimming New Zealand is not in a position to make any definite plans around a rearranged event or name an alternative qualification opportunity. 

We will endeavour to do this at the earliest, realistic opportunity. In the meantime everyone at SNZ wishes you all to stay safe and healthy.
