Pathway to Podium (P2P) is a nationwide athlete development programme that is run in partnership between Sport New Zealand, High Performance Sport New Zealand, National Sports Organisations (NSO’s), and through a national network of up to 14 Regional Talent Hubs; to help better prepare emerging athletes and coaches for the demands of a life in high performance sport.
Each region will have numerous partners that complement what the Hub can do to assist young athletes. The Hubs provide facilities where athletes from different sports can come together, attend educational workshops, and receive advice and instruction in various athlete performance support disciplines.
